VOLUNTEER AT A VIRGINIA FARM WINERY OR WINE EVENT
Virginia's farm wineries are always looking for people who can work during busy weekends at off-site events, in the vineyard or in the tasting room.
If you'd like to earn some extra money on weekends and learn about wine, please sign up as a Farm Wineries Council volunteer. Your name will go into our temporary wine workers database as a person member wineries local to your area can contact when they need an extra hand.
Typical weekend winery jobs include:

Tasting Room Pourer (must be 21 or older - don't worry, we will train you)

Cashier (don't worry, we will train you)

Event Staff (don't worry we will train you)

Vineyard Apprentice (don't worry we will train you)
Our "volunteers" do get paid fair wages for time worked. To get your name in our database please email donna@farmwineriescouncil.org with your name, address, email, phone,availability (weekends only or also weekdays), positions you are interested in doing and age (you must be over 21 to work in some winery positions).
